Delivery costs
Delivery is calculated on by a total cost of order basis. The following delivery charges currently apply.

Lead times and availability
Most items are in stock, or are delivered direct from the manufacturer. If there are any problems with your order we will contact you via email and your order dealt with accordingly.
Payment
We currently offer a secure buying process via Paypal. We also accept cheques/cash however please note cheques will require clearance before the goods are despatched. Payment is in GBP sterling only.

Cancellations, Refunds & Returns
If for any reason you are not happy with a product bought from us, simply return it in good condition within 30 days of receipt and we will give you a full refund or a replacement as required.
This excludes any product that has been used or subject to hygene limitations.
You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by emailing us as quickly as possible. If the goods have already been dispatched, you will need to return them.
Please note cancelling an order placed via Paypal may incur a processing charge.
